Horrorscope Horror
A woman doing research on a murder that happened in her small town 40 years ago is looking at archives of her local newspaper from that time. She reads her horoscope from one of these old papers, and is horrified to see that it predicts financial ruin, utter loss of control in her life, and no emotional satisfaction for that month. Even though the paper is 40 years old, all these dire predictions come true.
Her friend isn’t surprised at all and says, “This proves my theory. It’s not when the horoscope is printed that matters, it’s when you read it.”
